Security
At Buffalo Mall Naivasha, we take security seriously, we have a well-trained and dedicated team from Senaca Security. This team is overseen by a supervisor from who is permanently stationed at the Centre with a rapid response team of local AP’s who act as a back-up.
Shoppers who wish report security related incidents at the Centre should contact security staff who have and office at the Main Gate, or by visiting the Management office located on the first floor.

We ensure our free to use customer toilets are also clean and fragrent through our full time on site cleaning team.
Baby Changing Room
We have a baby changing room inside the disability loo where you can change your baby's diapers comfortably at the mall's main toilet area.
Disabled Toilet
We have a spacious disabled toilet designed to international standards on the Ground Floor. It is free to use.
Parking
We are proud to have generous parking offer with extra wide bays that allow you to park comfortably. We also have guards constantly monitoring the parking area and guards walking between the vehicles to ensure the highest vigilance.
We do not charge for your parking. This means you can relax and enjoy your stay at Buffalo mall without worrying about any additional fees.
